PSC audit showed a new Work Management System (WMS) was needed. Corporate initiative was taken to implement a new WMS called Logica to bring the company to an industry standard and help track, monitor and close work efficiently.

Project initiated when Windows 2K servers were crashing causing customer service department to lose money and productivity. Due to budget constraints the CS department needed an interim solution for the existing system.  System had to hold for atleast a year until the budget was approved for the new system.

 

˗          Project management roles included scope, planning, estimating, scheduling, identifying risks, managing stakeholder communications and expectations, and the management of cost and quality
